Pane in Casa bread mixes are made from selected grains from organic crops grown in the hills on the edges of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines in the province of Parma. The fields in which our grains grow have been chosen for their specific characteristics: far from all forms of pollution, fertilised in a completely natural way as organic certification requires, and following strict principles of eco-sustainability.
