This “Pane in Casa” bread mix is a source of protein and is high in fibre and omega-3 fatty acids. It is made from a mix of unrefined organic flours and Tumminia flour, a variety of wheat from the “terre calde” (warm lands) of Sicily. Like all our bread mixes, it contains no refined flours commonly known as type 0 or 00. Ideal for those who love the taste of traditional southern breads.
