This “Pane in Casa” bread mix is a source of protein and is high in fibre and omega-3 fatty acids. Made from a mix of unrefined organic flours, spelt flour, and poppy seeds. Poppy seeds are rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids, fibre, vitamins, especially B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, E, and C, and minerals including potassium, magnesium, calcium, iron, and zinc. Like all our bread mixes, it contains no refined flours commonly known as type 0 or 00. Ideal for those who care about their intestinal health.
