This “Pane in Casa” mix is part of our Super Food range and is particularly suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets. Spirulina is a source of vitamin B12 and vegetable protein. Like all our bread mixes, it contains no refined flours commonly known as type 0 or 00. Ideal for a vegetarian and vegan diet.
