This “Pane in Casa” bread mix is a source of protein and is high in fibre. Made with a mix of organic flour and spelt flour, and enriched with sunflower seeds. Sunflower seeds are important for maintaining cardiovascular health as they are rich in mono- and polyunsaturated fatty acids which help to lower LDL cholesterol levels and lower blood pressure. Like all our bread mixes, it contains no refined flours commonly known as type 0 or 00. Ideal for providing the proper nutrition for all the family, from the oldest to the youngest members.
